Team Coaching International’s Diagnostics provide Team Diagnostic Assessments™ that regard the team as a dynamic relationship-system. The team’s needs are explored independent of the needs of any single member, shifting attention to the team itself. The team diagnostic model looks at two dimensions: productivity competencies and positivity competencies.
